M/s Duoworks Collective LLP (“Duoworks”, “we”, “us” or “our”) offer certain alternate payment methods that can be used for eligible purchases on www.qamillion.com (“Website”). These include Exchange Coupons, Gift Cards, and Promotional Coupons. Each such payment instrument is subject to its applicable terms, validity, eligibility and redemption conditions.

1. Exchange Coupons.

   1. Exchange Coupons shall be issued to a customer upon the exchange of a previously purchased Qamillion product and shall be redeemable in accordance with the Exchange Policy published at www.qamillion.com, including the applicable validity period, minimum purchase requirement, eligible products or categories, and all other terms and conditions specified therein.
   2. Each Exchange Coupon shall be redeemable only once and must be utilised in full in a single transaction; customers are advised to ensure that the minimum purchase value is equal to or greater than the value of the Exchange Coupon to derive its full benefit, and any unused, unutilised, or remaining value of the Exchange Coupon shall not be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or carried forward in any manner.

2. Gift Cards.

   1. Gift Cards received as a gift or purchased through the Qamillion Online Store shall be redeemable towards part or full payment for the eligible purchases on the Website, shall not be exchangeable for cash, and shall be used in accordance with the Gift Card Policy printed on or provided with the specific Gift Card, including its specified validity period, minimum purchase requirement, eligible products or categories, and all other applicable terms and conditions.
   2. Each Gift Card shall be redeemable only once and must be utilised in full in a single transaction; customers are advised to ensure that the minimum purchase value is equal to or greater than the value of the Gift Card to derive its full benefit, and any unused, unutilised, or remaining value of the Gift Card shall not be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or carried forward in any manner.

3. Promotional Coupons.

   1. Promotional Coupons shall be issued as part of promotional, marketing, loyalty, or other customer offers and shall be redeemable only towards part or full payment for eligible purchases on the Website, shall not be exchangeable for cash, and shall be used in accordance with the Promotional Offer printed on or provided with the specific Promotional Coupon, including the specified validity period, minimum purchase requirement, eligible products or categories, and all other applicable terms and conditions.
   2. Each Promotional Coupon shall be redeemable only once and must be utilised in full in a single transaction; customers are advised to ensure that the minimum purchase value is equal to or greater than the value of the Promotional Coupon to derive its full benefit, and any unused, unutilised, or remaining value of the Promotional Coupon shall not be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or carried forward in any manner.

4. General Conditions.

   1. Alternate payment instruments shall not be redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
   2. Alternate payment instruments are non-transferable and may be used only by the eligible customer or recipient in accordance with the applicable terms printed on or provided with the specific Promotional Coupon / Gift Card.
   3. Only valid, eligible, and authorised Coupon / Gift Card may be redeemed.
   4. Expired, cancelled, invalid, fraudulent, tampered with, or unauthorised Coupon / Gift Card shall not be accepted or honoured.
   5. The combined use of multiple Coupon / Gift Card or any alternate payment instruments in a single transaction may be restricted or prohibited in accordance with the applicable policy or offer, or as otherwise communicated on the Website or specified on the relevant coupon or card.
   6. Where an order or invoice is paid for, wholly or partly, using an Exchange Coupon, Gift Card, or Promotional Coupon, the products purchased under such order or invoice shall not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, replacement, or refund.
   7. Each alternate payment instrument shall be redeemable only once and shall be utilised in full in a single transaction, and any unused, unutilised, or remaining value shall not be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or carried forward in any manner.
   8. M/s Duoworks Collective LLP reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any transaction where an alternate payment instrument is found to have been used in violation of the applicable policy, offer, terms, or conditions.
