These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Qamillion online store (“Platform”), operated by M/s Duoworks Collective LLP (“Duoworks”).
By accessing or using the Platform, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the other applicable policies of Qamillion.
Eligibility
The Platform may be used only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Customer Account
Certain features may require you to create a registered account. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials and authentication information.
Account creation and use are subject to the Sign-Up Policy.
Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You must not:
- provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- impersonate another person;
- misuse coupons, promotional benefits, wallet funds or other offers;
- create or use multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain benefits improperly;
- interfere with or compromise the security or operation of the Platform; or
- engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised activity.
Product Information, Availability and Pricing
Product descriptions, specifications, measurements, colours, images, availability and prices are provided for general information and may be updated from time to time.
Certain product images may be AI-generated, digitally rendered or enhanced and may not exactly represent the actual product, including its colour, shade, texture or finish.

Orders
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. Duoworks reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or limit an order, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
Product availability, pricing or other information may be corrected or updated where errors or inaccuracies are identified.
Payment
Qamillion may offer payment methods including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery (“C.O.D.”), subject to availability.
Qamillion may also permit payment or redemption through Exchange Coupons, Gift Cards and Promotional Coupons, subject to their applicable terms.
You are responsible for keeping payment credentials and authentication information confidential. Do not share your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV/CVC, internet banking password or similar security information with anyone.
Shipping and Delivery
Qamillion currently offers shipping across India, subject to serviceability.
Orders are ordinarily dispatched within 24 working hours, and delivery is ordinarily completed within 72 working hours from dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary due to operational, logistical, weather, location, serviceability or other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled subject to the Cancellation Policy.
Any applicable cancellation charges, including charges relating to cancellation before dispatch or refusal of a dispatched order, shall be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned subject to the Return Policy, including its applicable return period, eligibility conditions, exclusions and inspection requirements.
Unless otherwise specified in the Return Policy, the return request period is 3 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to the Exchange Policy, including its applicable exchange period, eligibility conditions, exclusions and inspection requirements.
Unless otherwise specified in the Exchange Policy, the exchange request period is 5 days from the date of delivery.
Products purchased wholly or partly using an Exchange Coupon are subject to the restrictions specified in the Exchange Policy.
Refunds and Qamillion Wallet
Approved refunds are by default credited to the Customer’s Qamillion Wallet and may be withdrawn by an eligible registered customer in accordance with the applicable procedures.
All refund, wallet and withdrawal matters are governed by the Refund Policy.
Coupons and Other Benefits
Exchange Coupons, Gift Cards, Promotional Coupons and other promotional benefits are subject to the terms applicable to each such benefit.
Unless expressly permitted under the applicable terms, such benefits are not redeemable for cash or transferable to a bank account.
Privacy
Personal information collected through the Platform is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Suspension or Termination
Duoworks may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Platform or a Customer account where reasonably necessary, including in cases of policy violations, fraud, misuse, security concerns or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.
Changes to the Platform and Policies
Duoworks may modify, suspend or discontinue any Platform feature, service, product or functionality from time to time.
Duoworks may also modify, amend, suspend or withdraw these Terms and other applicable policies prospectively, subject to applicable law. The version applicable to an order or transaction shall generally be the version communicated or made available at the relevant time.

These Terms are to be read together with the policies applicable to the Customer’s use of the Platform, including:

- Cancellation Policy
- Return Policy

- Any other policy, notice or terms specifically applicable to a particular product, service, offer or transaction.
Where a specific policy contains detailed provisions governing a particular matter, that matter shall be governed by the applicable policy, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Customer Responsibility
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to comply with these Terms and the applicable policies governing your transaction or use of Qamillion services.
