At Qamillion, we aim to keep our refund and withdrawal process simple, transparent, and straightforward.

1. Refund Eligibility

   Refunds are applicable only to Order Returns and Order Cancellations, subject to the applicable Return Policy and Cancellation Policy, respectively.

2. Refund to Qamillion Wallet

   The refund amount shall be credited to the Customer’s Qamillion Wallet by default. Wallet funds may be used by the Customer to make purchases on the Qamillion online store (www.qamillion.com).

3. Withdrawal of Eligible Wallet Funds

   A registered Customer may request withdrawal of eligible funds from their Qamillion Wallet. The withdrawn amount shall be processed to the original payment method used for the relevant purchase, subject to the procedures, limitations, and processing requirements of the applicable payment service provider.

4. Withdrawal Processing Time

   The time required for the withdrawn amount to be credited to the Customer’s original payment source may vary depending on the Customer’s payment service provider, banking institution, or other applicable payment intermediary.

Policy Amendments

Duoworks reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or withdraw the Qamillion Refund Policy, in whole or in part, at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
