1. AI-Generated Product Images and Colour Variations

   1. Certain product images, photographs, styling visuals, model displays, or other visual representations displayed on the Platform may be created, generated, modified, enhanced, or digitally rendered using artificial intelligence (“AI”) or other digital technologies.
   2. Due to the nature and limitations of AI-generated or digitally enhanced imagery, the colour, shade, tone, texture, finish, proportions, patterns, or other visual characteristics shown in such images may vary from the actual product delivered to the Customer.
   3. Additionally, where multiple images of the same or similar product are displayed on the Qamillion online store, the colour or other visual characteristics of the product may appear different between images, even where the underlying product is the same. Such variations may arise from AI generation, digital rendering, image processing, lighting simulation, screen settings, or other technical factors.
   4. Customers acknowledge that the images displayed on the Platform are intended primarily for visual reference and illustration and should not be treated as an exact colour or visual representation of the physical product.
   5. The actual product delivered shall be considered the reference for its physical colour, shade, texture, finish, and other inherent characteristics, subject to the applicable product description, specifications, quality standards, and Customer rights under applicable law.

2. Product Specifications and Measurements

   1. Product specifications, measurements, dimensions, sizing information, material details, colours, finishes, and other product attributes displayed on the Platform are provided for general reference and may be subject to reasonable variations arising from manual manufacturing processes, material characteristics, measurement methods, or other inherent product variations.
   2. Customers are advised to review the applicable product details, specifications, sizing information, and other relevant information provided on the product page before placing an order.

3. Product Availability

   All products and services displayed on the Platform are subject to availability, stock limitations, warehouse serviceability, and technical or system updates. The inclusion of any product or service on the Platform does not guarantee its continued availability for purchase or delivery.

4. Quantity Limitations

   Duoworks reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product or service available for purchase on the Platform.

5. Product Descriptions and Pricing

   1. Product prices, descriptions, specifications, features, and other product information are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
   2. Duoworks reserves the right to correct any typographical, pricing, description, specification, technical, or other errors or inaccuracies identified on the Platform.

6. Product Discontinuation

   Duoworks reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or withdraw any product or service offered on the Platform at any time.

7. Product Quality and Customer Expectations

   1. While Duoworks endeavours to maintain the quality and accuracy of its products and product information, Duoworks does not guarantee that products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained through the Platform will meet every individual preference, aesthetic expectation, or subjective requirement of a Customer.
   2. Products shall, however, remain subject to applicable quality standards, statutory warranties, and applicable consumer protection rights.

8. Changes and Updates

   Duoworks reserves the right to update or amend product information, including product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, availability, and other related information, as necessary to reflect current offerings or correct errors or inaccuracies.
